Common questions, clear answers.
How do I transfer my prescriptions to CareCompass?
Just give us a call or send a message with your name, date of birth, and current pharmacy. We’ll handle the rest and contact your old pharmacy to move everything over — usually within the same day.
Do you deliver, and is there a charge?
Yes. We offer free, scheduled delivery to homes and facilities throughout our service area. Let us know what works for you and we’ll set up a routine that fits your needs.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance and Medicare Part D plans. If you’re unsure about your coverage, call us with your insurance details and we’ll check it for you before you commit to anything.
Do I need an appointment for immunizations?
In most cases, no — walk-ins are welcome for flu, shingles, pneumonia, and other routine vaccines. Calling ahead is never a bad idea if you’d like to skip any wait.
What is blister / multi-dose packaging?
It’s a simple way to organize medications so each dose is pre-sorted by the day and time you take it. It’s especially helpful for anyone managing several prescriptions, and it greatly reduces missed or doubled doses.
Can my doctor send prescriptions directly to you?
Absolutely. Providers can send prescriptions electronically, by fax, or by phone. Just ask them to send your prescriptions to CareCompass Pharmacy, and we’ll take it from there.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–1pm. For long-term care facilities, after-hours and emergency support is available.
